Our Board of Managers meets as necessary throughout the year. The general membership is invited to an annual meeting in January. The meeting consists of reports by the officers, the election of our Board, and speakers and discussions on current topics.
NYSIA also sponsors an in-depth spring seminar that addresses many of the issues facing the self-insured community and the Workers’ Compensation industry.

- 2021 Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting will be held January 13-15, 2021, at The Roosevelt Hotel, New York City.
- 2020 Spring Meeting
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the NYSIA Board of Managers has decided to cancel our Spring Workshop scheduled for June 10-12 at the Gideon Putnam and it will not be rescheduled. We trust you understand our decision during this difficult time. The safety of our members, speakers and guests are our number one concern.
